GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich man was arrested Tuesday at Town Hall following an investigation into two separate disorderly conduct complaints. Police said officers responded to Carrona Drive around 11:40 a.m. after receiving a report that Ernest Drupals, 48, of Riverside, "instigated a confrontation" with a neighbor.

Drupals left the area as officers arrived, and police say he intentionally drove his vehicle into the

path of a police cruiser, causing an officer to make an evasive maneuver in order to avoid a crash.
