Drug Take Back Event Scheduled In Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT — Those with unused, unwanted or expired medication can mark their calendars for April 26, as the Greenwich Police Department will participate in a National Drug Take Back Day event.

Residents can safely dispose their medication at police headquarters located at 11 Bruce Place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., no questions asked.

According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, 629,953 pounds of unused, unwanted and expired medication was collected nationwide during the October 2024 take back event.
