'Experience The Sound' Returns To Greenwich Point For 2024

GREENWICH, CT — The town of Greewich Shellfish Commission will present its "Experience The Sound" event on Sunday, June 23 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Greenwich Point.

There will be an oyster boat, Greenwich police boat and a SoundWaters schooner at the yacht club docks, and Tod's Point Sailing School will provide sailing instruction, kayak rentals and paddleboarding.

Attendees can enjoy a free raw bar with clams, stellamar oysters and kelp, and learn about sailing, crew, scuba, fishing and shellfishing. There will also be environmental conservation and gardening with community partners, and more for the entire family.
