28th Annual Kids Challenge Golf Tournament Tees Off for Youth Mental Health

Kids In Crisis will host its 28th Annual Kids Challenge Golf Tournament on Monday, September 29th at Shorehaven Golf Club in Norwalk. Kids Challenge will tee off to support brighter futures for youth mental health and needed funds for Kids In Crisis.

Guests can expect a day of 18 holes of golf with tournament scoring, course competitions, all-day dining, cocktails, and a celebratory dinner. Live auctions offer guests the opportunity to help Kids In Crisis build healthy communities where children and families thrive through prevention, counseling, and crisis services available 24 hours every day.

Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 9:30 AM. Call to carts will begin at 10:45 AM followed by a shotgun start promptly at 11:00 AM. Athletes can look forward to a grill station at the 9th hole, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and a buffet dinner and program to conclude.

Proceeds from the tournament will directly support Kids In Crisis’ award-winning SafeHaven Emergency Shelter, a 24/7 lifeline for children in crisis that is needed now more than ever to protect, heal, and empower Connecticut’s most vulnerable youth

Kids In Crisis provides free and accessible resources to children and families. The 24/7 crisis Helpline, in-school counseling through TeenTalk, Lighthouse, and other specialized programs, ensures every child has access to safety and support. Events like Kids Challenge directly support and maintain KIC programs in active towns and provide an opportunity to expand the reach of these vital programs throughout Fairfield County.
