Five Greenwich Avenue Properties Sold as Part of Estate Sale

GREENWICH, CT—Five properties on Greenwich Avenue have sold recently in one of the largest single building deals for the street in history.

Properties 2, 10, 42-44 and 46-48 were sold along with 2 West Putnam Avenue, according to the Greenwich Time. The properties were sold to several buyers as part of an estate sale.

The total amount of the sale was nearly $19 million. Turnover for tenants is common, but ownership has been steady.
