Former Geology Teacher Donates Fossil Collection To Bruce Museum
Nicholas McDonald is the author of two books, one of which is "Window into the Jurassic World."

GREENWICH, CT — Author and former geology instructor Nicholas McDonald has donated his huge collection of fossils to the Bruce Museum in the hopes of inspiring others to study the field, reports the Greenwich Time.
McDonald is retired after a decades of teaching at Simbury's Westminster School, where he was also chairman emeritus of the Science Department, and is an expert on fossil life in Connecticut and Massachusetts, dating back 200 million years ago.
Among the items included in his fossil collection are dinosaur footprints and teeth, fish, plants, invertebrates and other pieces, according to the publication.
