Charges were dismissed after she completed a probation program.

GREENWICH, CT — Former supermodel and current Greenwich resident Stephanie Seymour had DUI and related charges against her dismissed after she completed a probation program.

Seymour didn't appear in court Tuesday, but her attorney accepted the dismissal, according to the Greenwich Time. Attorney Philip Russell said she didn't receive special treatment and completed the yearlong program like any other defendant that is eligible.

Seymour, 48, was a model for Victoria's Secret and is married to billionaire Peter Brandt.

She was arrested for DUI in January 2016 in Greenwich. She was involved in a two-vehicle crash on the Connecticut Turnpike exit 5 ramp.

According to the police report, Seymour was stopped at a stop sign on an exit ramp when another car came up and stopped behind her 2015 Range Rover. Instead of moving forward, Seymour put the vehicle into reverse and backed into a 2008 Mercury. Neither her nor the driver of the other vehicle was injured.
