Free Adult Programs Being Offered At Perrot Memorial Library
All of the library's events are free but most require registration in advance.
GREENWICH, CT — Perrot Memorial Library in Old Greenwich is offering several adult programs this month, ranging from book discussions to yoga, and environmental and social issue topics. Many of the programs are co-sponsored with other local organizations.
All of the library's events are free but most require registration in advance. Most programs are in-person, with a few hosted online on Zoom. A handful of the programs will be recorded and posted on Perrot Library’s YouTube channel.

- Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., starting Jan. 6, Yoga at Perrot Library with Tracy Bruce.
- Tuesdays at 10 a.m., Perrot walks through Binney Park, weather permitting. Meet at the library at 9:45 a.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 9 a.m., Mindfulness for the New Year with Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum.
- Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m., Living with Serenity: A Realistic Approach to the KonMari Method with master practitioner Karin Socci.
- Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 7 p.m., a discussion with local author Alex Brash on his book "Whaler at Twilight."
- Thursday, Jan. 18 at 8 a.m., Qigong Class With Donna Bunte.
- Thursday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m., Perrot P.I.s Mystery Book Discussion of "Rebecca," by Daphne du Maurier.
- Monday, Jan. 22 at 7 p.m., in collaboration with Greenwich Pen Woman and Author Barbara Ehrentreu for a discussion of her young adult novel, "If I Could Be Like Jennifer Taylor."
- Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m., Cookbook Author Terry Walters will talk about her latest book, "Nourish."
- Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m., in partnership with Eastern Middle School PTA, Perrot Library will live stream on Zoom a conversation with award-winning reporter Jennifer Breheny Wallace, author of "Never Enough: When Achievement Culture Becomes Toxic–and What We Can Do About It."
- Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 8 a.m., Qigong Class With Donna Bunte.
All in-person programs take place at Perrot Library, with a majority in the Youth Services Department, Radcliffe Children’s Library.

Located at 90 Sound Beach Ave., in Old Greenwich, Perrot Memorial Library was founded in 1904. It is a private, 501(c)(3) institution, owned by the Perrot Library Association and affiliated (sharing a catalog) with the larger Greenwich Library system.
