Free Tax Help Available At Greenwich Town Hall

The service is open to all taxpayers, and is especially for people over the age of 60 or from low or middle-income households.

GREENWICH, CT — The AARP Foundation will once again be offering tax help to residents at Greenwich Town Hall

The foundation's Tax-Aide program allows residents to get federal and state tax filings done for free. The program will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesdays through Fridays, until April 10, according to First Selectman Fred Camillo's most recent community newsletter.

IRS-certified and trained volunteers will be available to help people fill out their tax returns and answer questions.

Appointments are required and can be made by emailing greenwichtaxaid@gmail.com or calling or texting 203-594-6058.

Pre-appointment forms are available at the front desk in the Town Hall lobby and at the Wallace Center, 299 Greenwich Ave.
