Greenwich Academy To Spend Millions To Buy 54-Acre Parcel: Report
The school is buying the Glenville Road property from the Indian Spring Land Company.

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Academy is poised to buy a 54-acre property at 181 Glenville Road from the Indian Spring Land Company, the Greenwich Time reported.
How much the private girls school is paying for the property is not known, but the parcel reportedly had been listed for $21.5 million.
Among the uses the school is considering for the property include expanding athletic facilities, and faculty housing.
