The Greenwich Art Society is offering Figure Drawing Classes

The Greenwich Art Society presents:

FIGURE DRAWING CLASSES IN THE STUDIO – LONG POSE

April 11 through May 9
5:00 to 7:30 pm

Are you ready to take your figure drawing to a new level? With one pose for the 5 weeks, students will learn to develop a concise drawing, with focus on structure, gesture, balance, proportion, and shading to fully develop believable form. Students will gain a better understanding of the figure’s key anatomical landmarks within one pose. Forming a sense of expressive gesture and a highly developed drawing are key elements while learning how to take that understanding to more complex, single poses in the future.
