The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
It is important we maintain services that attract smart growth and the next generation, but also protect our character in the village centers while preserving our mill rate. I will continue to review the budget put before the RTM with a discerning eye particularly in regards to our Capital projects to maximize return on taxpayer investment.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
District 2 has many diverse, qualified, and talented candidates seeking the 14 posts available, I feel my experience in construction and design is unique to my approach to the items that come before the RTM.
List other issues that define your campaign platform:
I support renewing the Senior Tax Credit. I support renewal of waterfront leases to local boat clubs. I supported the construction of New Lebanon School through a grant reimbursement process. I oppose High Speed Rail Development that would propose infringement on property rights through eminent domain or reduction of quality of life for residents in its close proximity.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Having completed a few 200-mi relay races from Miami to Key West and the NYC Triathlon with Team in Training, I know that it is hard work, perseverance, and team work that gets you to the finish line.
The best advice ever shared with me was...
From my grandmothers.
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I want to hear from voters on items that come before us on the RTM. Data and research is important, however it is not a substitute for conversations with and the personal experiences of our residents.
