Greenwich Cops Arrest Suspect Who Missed Court In 1993 Case

The suspect, a New Canaan resident, surrendered to police Monday.

GREENWICH, CT — A 43-year-old New Canaan man was arrested on a warrant Monday, which accused him of not showing up for court in connection with a 1993 motor vehicle arrest, according to Greenwich police.

Jason W. Wolter, of Marshall Ridge Road, surrendered to police at about 5 p.m. after learning of the active warrant for his arrest.

Details of the misdemeanor charges in connection with the 1993 motor vehicle arrest were not disclosed.

Wolter was charged with second-degree failure to appear and was released on a $500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on March 25.
