Greenwich Crash Injures 2, Takes Out Guardrail On I-95: Report

The crash occurred near exit 2.

GREENWICH, CT — A two-vehicle crash early Sunday on I-95 in Greenwich injured the two drivers and wiped out over one hundred feet of the northbound guardrail, reports the Connecticut Post.

The crash occurred at 3:15 a.m. near exit 2, and left 49-year-old Norwalk resident Alan Moy and 28-year-old Stamford resident Maria Sandoval-Ruano suffering from what state police said were moderate injuries.

According to state police, the collision remains under investigation but appears to have occurred when Sandoval-Ruano's vehicle swerved into the guardrail and then struck Moy's vehicle.
