Greenwich Farmers Market To Open With Restrictions
The Greenwich Farmers Market is set to kick off its regular season this month, however things will operate differently this year.
GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Farmers Market is set to kick off its regular season this month, however things will operate differently this year due to the new coronavirus. The market's opening day is currently scheduled for Saturday, May 16, and will run from May to December at the Arch Street/Horseneck Lane Commuter Lot from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to the farmers market website.
To help mitigate the spread of the virus, also referred to as COVID-19, only one family member is allowed to enter the market. Everyone who enters the market is asked to practice social distancing and wear masks and gloves.

Customers can pre-order items for pickup on Saturday by contacting the following vendors between 10 a.m. on Monday and 4 p.m. on Wednesday:
- The Herb Basket LLC
- Farming 101
- Four Mile River Farm
- Riverbank Farm
- Two Guys From Woodbridge
Fourteen vendors in total will participate in this year's market. Parking is free during market hours.
