Greenwich Fire Department Hosts Promotional Ceremony
One of its members is receiving a new rank.

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Deputy Fire Marshal Christopher Pratico will be promoted to the rank of Fire Marshal during a ceremony on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the department's central headquarters on Havemeyer Place, officials announced.
Currently, Pratico, a Greenwich native whose father is a retired fire inspector, is one of four deputy fire marshals in the department.
He has been with the department for nearly 25 years, and was a classmate of First Selectman Peter Tesei at Glenville School.
