Greenwich Fire Department Swears In First-Ever Chaplain

GREENWICH, CT — Last week, the Greenwich Fire Department swore in its first-ever department chaplain.

Chaplin David Bennett from the Stanwich Church took the oath administered by First Selectman Fred Camillo.

Bennett is a life-long Greenwich resident and also serves as the Cos Cob Fire Company chaplain.

"This was a great day for our department. We look forward to having David as part of our force," fire officials said.
