Each candidate will have their own microphone at a table with a podium in the middle. A toss will determine who speaks first. Each candidate will have one minute to respond to a question, and then 30 seconds each after the first minute response should a candidate wish to follow up or rebut. When finished with a question, a new question will be answered first by the other candidate.

The election will be held on Nov. 7.
