Greenwich High Students Recount Lockdown

The lockdown lasted about three hours before police gave the all clear.

GREENWICH, CT — A threat in a girl's bathroom that mentioned a specific time and place prompted school administrators and police to lockdown Greenwich High School for about three hours Wednesday.

Students told the Greenwich Time that they sat on the floor during the three hours and not much information was given during the incident.

Some of the 2,000 students were searched, which took a great deal of time. Dismissal was delayed by nearly two hours.
