Greenwich Historical Society Hosts Guest Lecturer April 11
He is a celebrated interior designer and connoisseur of historical styles.

From Greenwich Historical Society: Celebrated interior designer and connoisseur of historical styles, Steven Gambrel will be a guest lecturer at a special cocktail reception at the Greenwich Historical Society on Thursday, April 11, to be followed by a signing of his recently published cloth-bound tome: Perspectives.
He will give insights into his unique sensibility with recent projects that are featured in Perspectives, including his nineteenth-century townhouse in New York City's West Village, a Bridgehampton beach house, a rustic, refined Zurich estate, the luxurious Astor Suite in Manhattan's Plaza Hotel and a charming sea captain's house in Sag Harbor.
Steven Gambrel's designs feature compelling reinterpretations of the past coupled with a sense of place. His work is featured consistently in the world’s leading design publications. Architecture and Design described him as “one of today’s greatest talents” and he has been included in Architectural Digest’s “AD 100.”
