GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich home that was featured in an episode of HGTV's "Property Brothers" show is currently on the market for $975,000. The four-bedroom, single- family home was listed by Linna Yuen of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on July 1.
"Property Brothers" Jonathan and Drew Scott renovated the 1920's home, located on Richland Road, in 2016 for the season 10 episode "Character and Closed Concept." The episode premiered on HGTV on Jan. 18, 2017.
According to Kevin Guhl, a Coldwell spokesperson, the bothers updated the home for a modern lifestyle while maintaining its early 20th century architectural charm. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

The brothers primarily focused on the home's sitting room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. In 2018, the homeowners added a living room and a large master suite while maintaining a "historic yet modernized" style, Guhl said.
According to the listing, the home's detached garage has also been renovated into a custom finished home office with heating and cooling. Outside the home, potential buyers can find a flagstone patio and a private yard with "mature plantings."
