Greenwich Hospital Expands On West Putnam Avenue

The hospital has leased space in the facility for several years.

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Hospital last week signed a new lease for more space at its 500 West Putnam Ave. location, quadrupling its size in the office building, the hospital announced.

The new lease with building owner Fareri Associates adds 54,000 square feet to the 16,000 square feet the hospital was already leasing at the facility for its outpatient endoscopy center. That center has been located on the main floor of the building for many years.

With a total of 70,000 square feet, the hospital will now occupy three floors at the facility.
