Greenwich HS Student Arrested After Fireworks Incident: Police
The incident occurred at the end of February.

GREENWICH, CT — An 18-year-old Greenwich High School student was arrested on a warrant charging him with reckless burning and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a sparkler incident on school grounds on Feb. 28, according to Greenwich police.
Glen L. Ragin, of Harold Avenue, was arrested at his home on April 21. Both charges are misdemeanors.
According to police, Ragin is accused of lighting off a sparkler at about 12:30 p.m. during school. Police launched an investigation into the incident, which was deemed serious enough for the department to file for the warrant. Additional details of the circumstances surrounding the incident were not disclosed.

Ragin was released on a written promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on May 7.
