Greenwich Jr United Way Hosts 3 on 3 Basketball Challenge

The Nov. 16 sporting event supports Building 1 Community.

From GUW:The Greenwich Junior United Way (GJrUW) is looking for teens in the Greenwich community ages 13+ to participate in a 3 on 3 basketball tournament and food drive. Each team will consist of three players; teams can be co-ed. The tournament entry requirement is $25 per team. First place prize of tickets to Governor's Ball 2019 will be awarded to the winning team by Jordan Wolowitz of Founders Entertainment.

WHERE: Greenwich High School Gymnasium | 10 Hillside Rd, Greenwich, CT 06830

WHEN: Friday, November 16 at 5:30 pm (teams must arrive at 5pm for check-in)

Each participant is encouraged to bring non-perishable food items that will be donated to Building One Community, a non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive resource center for immigrants in the Fairfield County area.
