Greenwich Man Is Accused of Threatening to Kill Neighbor
Greenwich Police say the victim brought a video of the threat to police.

A 79-year-old Greenwich man was issued a misdemeanor summons by police, after he allegedly threatened to kill a neighbor.
According to a Greenwich Police, the man who “had been aggressive and confrontational several other occasions over the last two years,” made the threat on Wednesday. The man also had been warned by police on two previous occasions to stop his behavior, according to the report.
Hubert Lewis, of 118 Havemeyer Pl., was issued the summons after the neighbor went to police with an iPhone video of the latest confrontation.

Lewis was released on a promise to appear April 22 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
