Greenwich Man Arrested After Pepper Spraying Driver in Face: Police
Police said the incident occurred as a result of a road rage incident.

GREENWICH, CT – Police said a man was arrested after pepper spraying another driver as a result of road rage.
The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon, close to 2:45 p.m. Police said Billy Johnson, 53, got involved in an argument with another driver on North Water Street.
As the two argued, Johnson allegedly pepper sprayed the other man in the face before speeding off. Officers located Johnson shortly after.
