Greenwich Man Faces DUI Charge

A 53-year-old Greenwich man is facing motor vehicle charges including driving under the influence in connection with a March 10 incident at the intersection of Horseneck Lane and Shore Road.

Paul M. Abbazia, of 101 Pemberwick Rd., surrendered at police headquarters on April 30, according to a Greenwich Police report. Abbazia was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

He was released after posting $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear May 5 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
