GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich mansion owned by liquor industry executive, John Frank, who helped develop and popularize Grey Goose vodka and Jägermeister in the United States, has a buyer.
The listing for the home shows "contract signed" on the Brown Harris Stevens website. It's unclear what the final sale price was, although the home was listed at $24.9 million. Information on the buyer wasn't immediately available.
Located at 97 Pecksland Road and built in 2009, the 17,878-square-foot home features 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and five half-baths on a 19-acre property.

The New York Post reported the home was designed by architect Paul Marchese, a former chief architect of the original World Trade Center.

Notably, the home has a 30-car underground garage, described in the listing as a "car collector's dream." The lower level also showcases a wine cellar, tasting room and golf simulator.
The property has multiple pools, as well as a separate pool house with two ensuite bedrooms.
According to the New York Post, Frank sold Grey Goose to Bacardi for around $3 billion after he helped bring the popular French vodka brand to the U.S. in the 1990s.
The home was listed by Rob Johnson of Brown Harris Stevens.
