Mary Taracka, 84, a cartoon illustrator, passed away on April 17.
Born July 22, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Taracka.
After graduating from Greenwich High School in 1946, she worked as an assistant animator at Terry Tunes for 37 years.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Ruth Taracka; a nephew Richard Taracka; a niece Barbara Plank (Gary); two grand-nieces; Casey Taracka and Rachel Plank, and two grand-nephews; Peter Taracka and David Plank.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, at Greenwood Union Cemetery in Rye, NY.
