Greenwich Office Park Sold for $130 Million

GREENWICH, CT—Greenwich Office Park was sold to Greenwich-based Fareri Associates for $130 million.

The park has nine buildings and 377,939 square feet of office space. The space was 83 percent leased at the time of the sale, according to the Greenwich Time.

Nine buildings on the property range from 1,300 to 30,000 square feet and there is a full-service cafe, two ponds, a private fitness center and direct shuttle to the Greenwich train station.
