Greenwich P&Z OKs Plans For 10-Unit Building At Garden Catering Site
The site is a 7,288 square-foot property at the intersection of 177 Hamilton Ave./15 Grand St. The site also has a two-family home.

GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously voted last week to grant a final site plan and special permit to construct a four-story, 10-unit residential building at the site of Garden Catering, 177 Hamilton Ave., in Chickahominy.
The building will be comprised of two studio; five one- bedroom; and three two-bedroom units, where three of the total number of units would qualify as affordable housing units under the 8-30g statute.
The Greenwich Time reported that the commission previously considered a version of the proposal that included retail space, but instead opted to go with the all-residential plan.
