Greenwich P&Z Studies New Milbank Avenue Housing Proposal: Report

The development would be located at the corner of Havemayer Place.

GREENWICH, CT — A plan to build a 19-unit housing development on the corner of Milbank Avenue and Havemayer Place, by merging six lots into one, is being studied by the Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission, reports Greenwich Free Press.

The proposal is significantly larger than one presented in 2014 for a portion of the same site, which called for three buildings to be demolished, instead of six (five on Milbank and one on Havemeyer Place).

Developers plan for the complex to measure more than 87,000 square feet, and have 19 underground parking space and 18 surface parking spaces.
