Greenwich Parking Employee Arrested
An elaborate scheme to skim money from cash parking ticket payments was uncovered, police said.

GREENWICH, CT — A Parking Services employee was arrested by police after an investigation into missing funds, according to police.
Michael Gordon was found to be diverting money from the Department of Parking Services for personal profit, police said.
An elaborate series of fraudulent transaction misapplied credits for non-cash transactions in order to satisfy parking violation tickets that had been paid by violators in cash, police allege in an arrest warrant.

Gordon was charged with second-degree larceny, second-degree forgery and false entry by an officer.
