Greenwich Police Blotter: June 15 to June 17

All of the information is provided by the Greenwich Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.

Greenwich Police Blotter:

Ace A. Aguilar, 21, of Greenwich is charged with operating under the influence. Police say on June 16, "GPD officers were sent to check on the welfare of an individual operating a black BMW at the junction of Valley Road and Cos Cob Avenue, after the individual was observed within the vehicle possibly sleeping or passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle still running.

"The accused was observed to have glassy, red eyes and officers detected the odor associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages emanating from his person and breath. The accused was asked to participate in a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he did not perform to standard."

Martin Marusak, 47, of Cos Cob is charged with violation of protective order (2 counts), second-degree threatening, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Police say on June 17, "GPD units were dispatched to the area of E Putnam Avenue on request to check on the welfare of a subject. The person that requested the welfare check related that the subject was stumbling next to E Putnam Avenue and possibly intoxicated. Upon arrival, units recognized the subject to be the accused. He was positively identified by his CT Operator's License. It was confirmed that there was an active arrest warrant for the accused."

Colin Edward O'Toole, 34, of New Haven is charged with operating under the influence, failure to maintain lane and driving while under suspension.

Police say on June 15, "several GPD units were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with possible injuries on Round Hill Road. A disabled vehicle located in the area of Round Hill Road was observed to have been in a recent accident. It was determined that its operator, the accused, displayed red glassy eyes and the odor associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages was detected emanating from his person and breath. The accused was unable to perform a series of standardized field sobriety tests."
