GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Police Department is hiring, according to a recent announcement.

The department is currently accepting applications from CT or out-of-state police officers and state troopers.

"We are seeking certified officers with excellent communication and problem-solving skills," police said in a social media post. A Greenwich police officer's starting annual salary is $74,403, with the average officer's annual income at approximately $140,000.
