Greenwich Police Department Hiring Certified Officers

GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Police Department is looking to hire Connecticut certified police officers.

In a recent Facebook post, police said the town is accepting applications from Connecticut POST certified police officers or state of Connecticut certified state troopers. Candidates must have at least two years of certified police officer or trooper experience.

Police also noted the two years of experience must have occurred after obtaining Connecticut POST certification. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

Candidates must attest to having passed their probationary period with their current agency and that they are in good standing with their current agency, police said.
