GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Police Department is warning residents about a recent TikTok trend that involves individuals forcefully kicking on doors and then fleeing the area.

"This act is not harmless. It poses serious safety risks, causes property damage, and may lead to criminal charges," police said. "What may appear as a viral 'challenge' is, in reality, a crime with real-world consequences."

Police are encouraging the community to remain aware and report suspicious behavior.
