Greenwich Readies For Annual Sidewalk Sales Days
Billed as the largest outdoor shopping event of the year, there will be almost 80 stores that will be offering inventory at reduced prices.

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich is preparing for one of the most anticipated events of the summer — the annual sidewalk sales days.
This year's shopping extravaganza will take place on Greenwch Avenue and surrounding streets from July 13 through July 16. Billed as the largest outdoor shopping event of the year, there will be almost 80 stores that will be offering inventory at reduced prices.
"We invite shoppers to experience a full day of shopping and to support local business," Greenwich Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Marcia O’Kane, in a news release. "It’s a great time to shop for bargains, discover new stores and to experience a true shopping extravaganza. Shop at your favorite stores and discover new ones."

Stores will be open from 9:30 a.m. to at least 6 p.m., with many open until 7 p.m. at their discretion. On Sunday the event closes at 5 p.m.
Shoppers are encouraged to plan their day ahead and to check out parking lot maps that can be found on the Greenwich Chamber website.
