Dita Bhargava - Greenwich Resident - Reportedly Considering State Political Run
Bhargava recently resigned as vice chairman of the Connecticut Democratic Party to clear the way for a possible campaign.

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Democrat Dita Bhargava, who lost to Republican state Rep. Fred Camillo last year, is considering another run at state office, reports the Greenwich Time.
Though she has not yet said which post she might seek, a run for governor is among the options Bhargava is considering. She had been vice chair of the Connecticut Democratic Party since the beginning of the year, but she resigned from that position this week to clear the way for a campaign.
Last year's campaign for state representative was the Greenwich resident's first as a candidate, but Bhargava has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, as a former hedge fund manager, among other positions. She is confident that her economic background will serve her and the state well in a government role.
