Greenwich Sand Sculpture Festival Set For July 21
SANDBLAST 2018 will be held at Greenwich Point Park Beach; the rain date is July 22.

From Greenwich Arts Council: The popular SANDBLAST Sand Sculpture Festival will be held once again this summer at Greenwich Point. The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation and The Greenwich Arts Council will once again co-host this year’s event.
Sandblast is intended purely for a fun day at the beach, focusing on the creative aspect of sand sculpting. Participants need only bring shovels, pails, and any tools to create a sand sculpture. Participants will also need to check-in at the middle pavilion on the beach and get a flag to mark their sculpture. Thanks to our sponsors Meli- Melo and BEACHMATE. Thanks to Meli- Melo Juice Bar of Greenwich all participants are winners. Meli-Melo’s juice bar originals menu and holistic juice bar menu may be found at www.melimelogreenwich.com.
