Since the pandemic began in March 2020, there have been 12,225 cases in Greenwich, and 121 deaths.
"With the Easter and Passover holidays, as well as spring break, the CDC announced [Wednesday] that face masks will be required on all public transportation until May 3," Camillo said. "It is my hope that with this uptick and the holidays, that people exercise their option to wear a mask if social distancing isn’t possible. With the warmer spring weather upon us, this is a great time to visit our parks, beaches, hiking trails and greenspaces."
