Greenwich Sets Mill Rate
A recent property reassessment helped keep the mill rate down.
GREENWICH, CT- The Board of Estimate and Taxation set Greenwich's new mill rate to 11.202 Monday night.
The 2015-2016 mill rate is 11.271 mills and the new rate takes into account the 2015 revaluation, which saw an increase in assessed values to the grand list, according to Greenwich Time.
Without the valuation the mill rate would be closer to 11.6
