Greenwich Skatepark To Reopen This Weekend

Tickets are needed to use the skatepark, and can be purchased online.

GREENWICH, CT — In a sign that spring is all but here, the Greenwch skatepark at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park will reopen on Saturday, March 16.

According to First Selectman Fred Camillo's weekly newsletter, the skatepark will be open only on weekends and school holidays from noon to 4 p.m., but those hours will expand through the spring and into the summer if use increases.

Tickets are needed to use the skatepark; the Greenwich Parks & Recreation Department is offering a "two tickets for the price of one" sale this month.
