Greenwich Student Arrested After Classroom Disturbance
The incident reportedly occurred during a class.
An 18-year-old student is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge following a classroom disturbance.
Greenwich Police were called to the Greenwich Alternative High School on Riverside Avenue about 2:48 p.m. Oct. 16 because the student “was loud and caused a disturbance during class (that) involved a school teacher,” according to a police report.
The student was identified as Aldair Garcia, of 58 Weaver St.

The nature of the disturbance was not included in the report.
Garcia was released on a promise to appear Oct. 23 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
