Greenwich Woman Selected for Trump Communications Team
Hope Hicks was named as a director of strategic communications.

GREENWICH, CT — Hope Hicks of Greenwich was named as President-elect Donald Trump's assistant to the president and director of strategic communications.
Hicks, 28, served on Trump's campaign for more than a year.
Trump also announced that Sean Spicer would be named as press secretary, Jason Miller will be director of communications and Dan Scavino will be director of social media.

“Sean, Hope, Jason and Dan have been key members of my team during the campaign and transition. I am excited they will be leading the team that will communicate my agenda that will Make America Great Again,” Trump said.
Hicks will coordinate the legislative agenda with communications, according to the Connecticut Post. It will likely be in coordination with Trump chief strategist Stephen Bannon.

Hicks is the daughter of Paul Hicks, a managing director of a public relations firm.
