Guitarist Frank Vignola to Perform for Greenwich Library's Peterson Concert Series
The free concert will feature Vignola performing with Vinny Raniolo.

The Greenwich Library’s Peter Concert Series will feature multi-dimensional guitarist Frank Vignola this month.
This will be Vignola’s second concert performance at the Greenwich Library’s Cole Auditorium. For his March 15 concert at 3:30 p.m., he will pair up with six-string player Vinny Raniolo.
Vignola’s repertoire encompasses genres ranging from jazz to bluegrass, with performances and recordings with Donald Fagen, David Grisman and Les Paul. As a young adult, Vignola studied at the Cultural Arts Center of Long Island and became a sideman in the 1980s, recording and touring with many artists including Madonna, Leon Redbone and Ringo Starr.

Raniolo has played with Tommy Emmanuel, Bucky Pizzarelli, David Grisman and Tony Trischka. Over the past four years, he has played hundred of concerts as a duo with Frank Vignola. The twosome performed and recorded for the syndicated radio show Mountain Stage in October 2014.
The Peterson Concert Series is open to all at no charge through the support of the Board of Trustees and generous donors. Doors open at 3 p.m., seating is limited.
