Holly Hill Lane Office Building In Greenwich Reportedly Sold
The building measures 105,000 square feet and was last sold in 2012.
GREENWICH, CT — The office building at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich was recently sold for $33.8 million, reports the Greenwich Time.
The 105,000 square foot building was purchased from ClearRock Properties by New York-based Benedict Realty Group.
ClearRock, under a different name, purchased the building in 2012 for $19.3 million.
