How To Renew Greenwich Parking Permits

The town is encouraging people to renew online this year.

GREENWICH, CT—The Department of Parking Services is encouraging people to renew online by giving away permits to two lucky winners.

Winners will be randomly selected Nov. 7 from the online renewals.
The online renewal process starts August 8 and will proceed until Nov. 4. Letters will be mailed to remaining permit holders in September for the Oct. 17 mail-in drop off renewals.

All applicants will also be given the opportunity to pick up their permits by submitting their
application by the pick-up dates listed below. *Please Note, all applications submitted after the
postmarked date of 12/19 will be required to pick up their permit the first week of January.*

2017 PARKING PERMIT RENEWAL
If you wish to pick up your permit, application(s) must be submitted by 10/24/16.
ONLINE RENEWAL STARTING 8/8/16 UNTIL 11/4/16
Pickup dates 11/1/16-11/7/16. *Remaining applications will be mailed 11/8/16.*

MAIL-IN/DROP OFF STARTING 10/17/16 UNTIL 12/2/16
If you wish to pick up your permit, application(s) must be submitted by 11/7/16.
(Online Portal will shut down 11/4/16)
(Mail In Applications accepted AFTER 10/17/16)
Pickup dates 11/21/16-11/27/16. *Remaining applications will be mailed 11/28/16.*
FINAL NOTICE DATES
Applications postmarked 12/6/16-12/18/16 will be assessed a $25 Late Fee.
Applications postmarked 12/19/16-12/31/16 will be assessed a $45 Late Fee.
Applications submitted after 12/19/16 must be picked up first week of January. Permits will not be mailed
after 12/19/16. All 2017 Parking Permits will be effective 1/2/17. Any permit applications postmarked after
12/31/16 will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.
