GREENWICH, CT — A 23-year-old Stamford mother is accused of leaving an infant alone in a car for at least 15 minutes in Greenwich, according to police. On March 11, a concerned citizen reported a crying child had been left alone in a car on Liberty Way for "at least 15 minutes," police said.
