Items Stolen From Vehicles Parked In Greenwich: Police
Police said two vehicles parked in Greenwich recently had items stolen from them.

GREENWICH, CT — Police said two vehicles parked in Greenwich had items stolen from them Friday. According to Lt. John Slusarz, a 2013 Lexus RX 350 was rummaged through and a pair of sunglasses stolen was taken.
The vehicle was parked in a driveway on Jackson Street and was unlocked, Slusarz said. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Also on Friday, a bag and personal items were taken from a vehicle parked on Old Church Road. The vehicle type was not listed, Slusarz said.

Over the past few months, Greenwich Police have reminded residents to lock their vehicles and to take valuables inside with them.
"Lock it or lose it," Lt. Mark Zuccerella said in an earlier email to Patch. "Criminals don't care about coronavirus."
